Our Level System
At The Seaside Spa & Salon, all service providers work within a Level system designed to support both our guests and our team.
Levels are based on each provider’s demand for time and experience. As a provider’s schedule becomes more in demand, their level increases to reflect that demand.
This system allows our team to grow in their careers while giving guests the flexibility to choose the level that best fits their needs and budget. Every provider at Seaside receives extensive, ongoing training, ensuring consistent quality, care, and professionalism at every level.
